Michael is an incredible therapist and human being. He is kind, compassionate, and authentic. He gave concise and effective advice that got to the root of several issues that I was having in my life. I had been battling depression, anger, anxiety, and many other negative core beliefs over the past ten years.

I’ve been having sessions with Michael for over 5 months now and he has been very helpful, especially offering helpful worksheets for me to try and put to good use. I’ve found this experience helpful and glad I had considered trying it.
